Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Fuzz Coffee and Records. We are committed to carefully packaging and delivering your vinyl records and coffee products as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
All orders are packed and shipped on Tuesdays.
Our coffee is roasted fresh every Monday to ensure the highest quality and freshness possible. Orders received before our weekly fulfillment cutoff may ship the following Tuesday. Orders placed after the cutoff may ship the following week.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer products on a pre-order basis, including limited-edition vinyl releases, special coffee offerings, and merchandise.
Pre-order items will clearly display their estimated shipping date on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the entire order until all items are available to ship unless otherwise noted.
Please note that pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change.
Vinyl Record Shipping
All vinyl records are packaged using protective shipping materials designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
If your vinyl record arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product.
Coffee Shipping
Our coffee is roasted fresh each Monday and packaged for shipment on Tuesday.
Because coffee is a food product, all coffee sales are final and are not eligible for return. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
For eligible non-food items, including vinyl records and merchandise, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unused and unopened.
- The item remains in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Coffee and other food products
- Opened items
- Items marked as final sale
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all shipping estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
